Shin no Nakama anime delayed premiere due to complications

Shin no Nakama anime is delayed until the Fall 2021 season and here we share the latest updates.

The official website for the Shin no Nakama anime, (Shin no Nakama Janai to Yūsha no Party or Oidasareta node, Slow Life’s Henkyō Suru Koto ni Shimashita) reported delaying the scheduled release date to July 2021.

The reason for its delay was due to “various circumstances” and now light novel fans will have to wait until October this year. The site also revealed a new image and new cast members for the show.

Makoto Hoshino (DamePri Anime Caravan, KING’S RAID: Successors of the Will) is directing the anime at Wolfsbane and Studio Flad. Megumi Shimizu (My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom !, KING’S RAID: Successors of the Will) is in charge of the series scripts.

Ruriko Watanabe (KutsuDaru, DamePri Anime Caravan) is designing the characters. The creator of the light novels, Zappon, began publishing the story on the “Shōsetsuka ni Nārō” website in October 2017, where it still continues.

Kadokawa Publishing began publishing the story in print with illustrations by Yasumo beginning with the first volume in June 2018. Masahiro Ikeno launched a manga adaptation of the novels in the magazine Kadokawa’s Monthly Shonen.
