Apple on Tuesday declared the dates for its annual developers conference, WWDC, slated from June 10 to June 14.
The conference will be available for live streaming on Apple’s website. However, the company is extending invitations to some software developers to join them on the inaugural day for an in-person celebration, as stated by Apple.
At this year’s gathering, Apple might finally reveal its long-anticipated artificial intelligence strategy alongside new consumer features.
In February, Cook hinted at Apple’s substantial investment in AI and teased an AI-related announcement slated for “later this year,” a revelation many analysts expect to coincide with the Worldwide Developers Conference.
Traditionally, WWDC serves as the platform for Apple to reveal the latest iterations of its iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple TV software through a keynote video on the opening day, spearheaded by CEO Tim Cook and other Apple executives. This keynote is also broadcast on YouTube.
Additionally, previous conferences have witnessed Apple introducing new professional-oriented hardware, such as Mac laptops.
This year, Apple also intends to introduce the first significant software update for the Vision Pro, its virtual reality headset launched earlier in the year.
