Investment Approach

1. Company Performance

The first and foremost approach of Warren Buffet was when the Return On Equity of a particular company had been higher for almost ten years. Return On Equity is equal to the Net Income by Shareholder’s Equity.

2. Company Debt

Another approach Buffet follows is that the company’s debt should always be lower than its Equity. He thinks that the Debt-to-Equity Ratio should always be less. Otherwise, the company must be in huge debt.

3. Profit Margin

Now, everyone sees before investing in any company if the company has profits or losses. After going through this, they decide to invest in that particular company. But, Buffet has a different approach. He sees if the profits are increasing year by year or not. If yes, then he invests in some particular company.
