Affiliate Disclosure

How Analyzing Market may earn revenue from affiliate links, and how that does — and does not — affect our independent editorial content.

By Editorial Team 4 min read Updated Jun 16, 2026

Analyzing Market is free to read, and one of the ways we cover our costs is through affiliate links. This page explains, in plain terms, how those links work, why we use them, and how we keep them from influencing what we publish.

Some of the links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and go on to take an action — such as signing up for a service — we may earn a commission. This comes at no extra cost to you: the price you pay is exactly the same whether you use our link or go direct. The commission is paid by the provider out of their own margin, not added to your bill.

An affiliate link simply contains a tag that tells a provider you arrived from Analyzing Market. If you complete a qualifying action, that tag lets the provider credit us with a referral. That is the entire mechanism — there is no change to the product, the price, or the terms you are offered. You are free to ignore any affiliate link and reach the same destination yourself.

Running a site that publishes free tools, a plain-English glossary and detailed guides costs money. Affiliate revenue, alongside advertising, is part of how we keep all of that free to read with no paywall. We would rather fund the site this way — transparently, with no cost passed to you — than lock our explanations behind a subscription. You can learn more about who we are on our about page and how we work commercially on our advertise page.

How this protects you

The point of disclosing all this is so you can read every page with full knowledge of how we earn. Affiliate links never raise your price, never obligate you to anything, and never appear in place of honest information. If a link is an affiliate link, treating it exactly as you would any other recommendation — by checking whether the thing actually suits you — costs you nothing. Our methodology and editorial standards apply regardless of whether a link earns us anything.

Editorial independence

Affiliate relationships do not buy coverage. We do not sell rankings, and we do not adjust our analysis, our market pages or our gainers and losers lists to favour a partner. What we write is decided on the merits, full stop. If a commission could ever pull our judgement in one direction, our rule is that the judgement wins.

How we choose what to feature

We feature tools, concepts and resources because they are relevant and useful to readers, not because they pay the most. A higher commission never earns a better placement, a kinder description or a spot it would not otherwise deserve. The question we ask is always whether something genuinely helps you understand or navigate the market — the same standard we apply across the whole site.

Our firewall between revenue and editorial

There is a deliberate wall between how we make money and what we publish. The decisions about our coverage, definitions and rankings are made independently of any affiliate or advertising arrangement, exactly as described in our editorial policy and ethics policy. This firewall is what lets you trust that an explanation is an explanation — not a sales pitch in disguise.

No financial advice

Nothing on Analyzing Market, affiliate links included, is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. The presence of a link is not a recommendation to buy, sign up for, or use anything. Crypto is volatile and you can lose money, so always do your own research and, where appropriate, consult a qualified professional. Our full position is set out in our disclaimer and terms.

Your choices

Using our affiliate links is entirely optional. If you would prefer not to, you can navigate to any provider directly and nothing about your experience on this site changes — the tools, market data and glossary remain free either way. We are grateful when readers choose to support us through these links, but it is always your call.

Questions

If anything about our affiliate relationships is unclear, please ask. You can reach the team through our contact page, and we are happy to explain how a particular link or arrangement works.
